工程總承包是中冶建設(shè)的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)業(yè)務(wù)板塊，公司目前具有國(guó)家住建部頒發(fā)的房屋建筑工程施工總承包一級(jí)資質(zhì)。先后承建和在建一大批具有重要影響和良好經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的項(xiàng)目：北京西單君太百貨商場(chǎng)（工程用名：太運(yùn)大廈）、北京大鐘寺現(xiàn)代商城、北京長(zhǎng)河灣住宅小區(qū)（工程用名：碧河花園）、廣東惠州中海殼牌南海石化工程、北京金融街F1、北京英藍(lán)國(guó)際金融中心、北京金融街威斯汀大酒店(工程用名：B3大廈)、北京上地電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)基地等多種形式的大型工程項(xiàng)目。其中，多項(xiàng)工程獲得省、部級(jí)優(yōu)質(zhì)工程獎(jiǎng)和若干個(gè)項(xiàng)目評(píng)比獎(jiǎng)：北京金融街威斯汀大酒店項(xiàng)目榮獲2008年度工程建設(shè)最高榮譽(yù) “魯班獎(jiǎng)”，北京金融街F1大廈工程榮獲2005年度北京市建筑結(jié)構(gòu)工程長(zhǎng)城杯金質(zhì)獎(jiǎng)等，受到業(yè)界的一致好評(píng)，彰顯出公司一流的技術(shù)水平和強(qiáng)大的綜合實(shí)力。
Engineering general contract is originally the advantaged business segments of MCC- Htec. The company now has ‘first-class of housing construction general contracting’ qualification issued by MHURC. It has constructed and constructing a great number of projects with significant influence and good economic impact. Including Beijing Xidan Grand Pacific Mall (project name: Taiyun Block), Beijing Dazhongsi Modern Shopping Mall, Beijing Changhewan Residential District (project name: Pitt River Garden), Guangdong Huizhou CNOOC and Shell South China Sea Petrochemical Project, Beijing Financial Street F1, Beijing Winland International Finance Center, The Westin Hotel (project name: B3 project), Beijing Shangdi Electronic Information Industry Base and many other forms of large-scale projects. Many of these projects have gained provincial and ministerial level quality award and several other awards. For instance, Beijing Financial Street Westin Hotel project won the 2008 highest construction honor ‘Luban Prize’; Beijing Financial Street F1 Block won the 2005 Beijing Great Wall Cup Building Structure Gold Medal and etc. These projects were highly praised by the industry and reflected MCC- Htec’s first-class technology and strong comprehensive strength.
